Grown up in Adelaide, James has genuine interests in food and its revolution, in South Australian and Australian produce as well as in social media promotion of our very own state. Adelaidefoodies.com was established in 2011 and remains one of the longest running and existing blogs in South Australia. Tina, a talented self-taught cook, develops recipes and takes photographs for the site. On the other hand, being a ex-wine professional with many other hats, James writes articles with taste analysis to show readers what he experiences with food. James is especially interested in how food and drink can pair together to improve the taste sensations, whether it is wine, cider, tea, coffee or any other types.
Since its establishment, Adelaidefoodies.com has used its own channel to actively promote the extraordinary South Australia and wrote about its food, produce, farmers and restaurants. Any reviews and experience on this site are the own opinions of James and Tina and we only write our positive experiences to introduce to our readers.
